Shipping and Delivery

Please note GREENWOMANCRAFTS is taking a short break, all orders received from 9th - 20th January 2025 will be shipped from the 21st January onwards

All orders will be shipped within 2 working days (excluding the order day, weekends or UK Public Holidays).

Shipping, unless otherwise arranged, will be via Royal Mail. 

UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland) standard shipping will be by Tracked 48, with upgrades available to Tracked 24 or Special Delivery.

International Shipping will be via Royal Mail Standard which DOES NOT include tracking unless otherwise stated. Upgrades to tracked mail are available on check-out and is highly recommended.

Currently international shipping is limited to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For other destinations, please contact Greenwomancrafts to discuss.

At this time, it is not possible to ship to countries within the EU, Norway, Switzerland or Northern Ireland.

Current Shipping estimates excluding handling time are: 

UK: - 1 to 3 working days

USA: - 10 to 25 working days

Canada: - 10 to 30 working days

Everywhere else: - 5 to 30 working days

Please note these are just guidelines and delays in customs may cause parcels to take longer, especially over the busy Christmas season, and during bad weather.

We use the address entered when placing your order on the website, so please make sure it is correct. Orders sent to the wrong address will not be replaced and cannot be diverted.

If an item is lost in the post, please contact Greenwomancrafts for support. Parcels are considered by Royal Mail to be lost when they have exceeded a travel time of 30 working days and will then be eligible for a replacement or refund to your original payment method. 

Packaging Materials

Greenwomancrafts is committed to using as much plastic free shipping materials as possible. New packaging is plastic free and can be recycled either via local recycling schemes or to send on your own parcels. When we can we try to reuse as much packaging material as possible - old envelopes and we do use bubble-wrap that has been sent to us.  We have replaced buying much new packing materials with newspapers and magazines saved from family and neighbours. We aim to offer well packed but not glamorous parcels!

Customs Charges and Tariffs

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any such duties or taxes and associated handling fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information. For more information before making a purchase if you are unsure whether this applies to you. Greenwomancrafts is not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
