Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

Returns must be agreed with Greenwomancrafts prior to their return shipment and within 14 days of their receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in the original, saleable condition.

If it is suspected that the item is damaged, and that this is the reason for requesting a return, the customer must take photographs of the packing and damage and provide these when contacting Greenwomancrafts.

If an order is placed by mistake, a request for cancellation must be emailed to greenwomancrafts@greenwomancrafts.com as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be retrieved and in such a situation will be treated as a return.

Greenwomancrafts does not currently offer exchanges – returned items will be refunded and you will be free to place a new order.
